Project Management 

Project management is a carefully planned and organized effort to accomplish a successful project.   The plan must include defining the goals and objectives, listing the tasks and how goals will be achieved, quantifying the resources needed, and determining budgets and timelines for completion. It also includes managing the implementation of the project plan, and to make sure that there is accurate information with project updates and open client communication. 

Talent and innovative ideas are blended with the needs and individual taste of each customer to make a classic architectural statement.

To accomplish this goal, we work together with industry professionals to build new homes, additions, fine woodworking, kitchens and bathrooms, and complete renovations.

Building a new house or remodeling an existing home is a team effort that normally involves many different people - each with a different viewpoint, a unique personality, and her or his own idea of how the finished project should look. Thorough preparation, proper planning, good coordination and clear communication are the keys to any successful construction project.
