This Donald Gardner designed Custom home was built in the Blue Ridge mountains. The 5000 square foot home includes sits on a 5 acre lot overlooking the Shenandoah Valley. The home includes 5 full bathrooms, extensive stone work, James Hardie siding, cypress exterior trim, and a propane back-up generator system.
This Madison County farm house was designed by architect Michael Lysczek. Reclaimed wood and stone was used to provide character and beauty. A barn in Ohio was salvaged to produce 150 year old mixed oak wide board flooring. The stone was quarried during the site work providing beautiful granite used to build the chimney, fireplace and wood stove hearth and retaining walls.
This 1300 square foot home was designed and built in 2005 by Brannock Enterprises. The stone was quarried from River Road in Maryland. The trim, cabinets, shelving and architectural details were carefully designed and tailor-made.
